Privacy Policy

Effective date: September 1, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how AiMarketer Pro ("we", "us", "our") handles personal information on aimarketerpro.com and in the services we provide.

By using this website, you agree to this policy. If you do not agree, please stop using the site. Questions go to hello@aimarketerpro.com.

1. Information you give us

We only collect what you choose to send us through a form, a booking, a chat, or an email. That can include:

  • Your name, email address, and phone number.
  • Your business name, business type, industry, and website address.
  • Your answers to our quizzes, calculators, and audit tools.
  • How you prefer to be contacted (phone call or WhatsApp).
  • Messages you send us by email, WhatsApp, or through the AI demo chat.
  • Details you share on a discovery call or during a project.
  • Billing details if you buy a paid service.

Do not send us passwords, payment card numbers, health records, or other sensitive data through a form or a chat. We do not need them.

2. Information we collect automatically

When you visit the site, our hosting and analytics tools record standard technical data:

  • IP address and rough location (country or city level).
  • Browser type, device type, and operating system.
  • Pages you viewed, links you clicked, and how long you stayed.
  • The site or ad that sent you to us, including UTM campaign tags.
  • Error reports when something on the site breaks.

We use your IP address for security and rate limiting — for example, to stop one visitor from running our free AI demo hundreds of times.

3. Cookies and tracking

We use cookies and similar technologies through Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, and PostHog. They fall into three groups:

  • Necessary — keep the site working, remember your language, and block abuse.
  • Analytics — show us which pages people read and where they drop off.
  • Advertising — measure whether an ad campaign brought a real lead.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some parts of the site may stop working if you do. Most browsers also offer a Do Not Track setting; because there is still no agreed standard for it, we do not respond to that signal.

4. How we use your information

  • To reply to you, book your call, and follow up on your request.
  • To deliver the service you asked for, and to run your projects.
  • To send your quiz result, audit, or the resource you requested.
  • To send marketing emails or messages about our services — you can opt out at any time.
  • To run and improve the site, fix bugs, and measure our advertising.
  • To prevent fraud and abuse of our free tools.
  • To meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own cross-context behavioral advertising.

5. The AI demo and AI-assisted services

Our website demo builds a sample AI assistant from a public website address you submit. When you use it:

  • We read the public pages of the website address you give us, using a third-party scraping service, so the demo can talk about that business.
  • Your messages in the demo are sent to a third-party AI provider to generate replies, and are stored so we can review the conversation.
  • Only submit a website you own or are authorized to use for this purpose.
  • The demo is a sales demonstration. Its answers can be wrong. Do not rely on them for business, legal, financial, or medical decisions.

6. Who we share information with

We share personal information only with service providers that help us run the business, and only for that purpose. The main ones are:

  • Vercel — website hosting.
  • GoHighLevel (LeadConnector) — our CRM, booking calendar, and follow-up messaging.
  • Google (Tag Manager and Analytics) and PostHog — website and product analytics.
  • Sentry — error and crash reporting.
  • Resend — sending email.
  • Anthropic — the AI model behind our demo assistant.
  • Firecrawl — reading the public website address you submit to the demo.
  • Cloudflare — bot protection (Turnstile) and file storage.
  • Upstash — rate limiting.
  • Our payment processor, if you buy a paid service. We never receive or store your full card number.

We may also disclose information when the law requires it, to protect our legal rights, or if the business is sold or merged. Otherwise, we do not rent, sell, or trade your data.

7. Where your data is stored

We are based in the United States, and our providers may store or process data in the United States and other countries. If you are outside the United States, your information will be transferred there, where privacy laws may differ from your own.

8. How long we keep it

  • Leads and contacts: while we are in touch, and for up to 3 years after our last contact.
  • Client records, contracts, and invoices: at least 7 years, to meet tax and accounting rules.
  • AI demo sessions and chats: up to 12 months.
  • Analytics data: as long as the analytics tool retains it under its own settings.

You can ask us to delete your data sooner. See section 10.

9. How we protect it

We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), reputable providers, bot protection, rate limits, and access controls that keep client data to the people who need it. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot promise absolute security.

10. Your rights and choices

Wherever you live, you can ask us to:

  • Tell you what personal information we hold about you.
  • Give you a copy of it.
  • Correct anything that is wrong.
  • Delete it, unless we must keep it by law.
  • Stop sending you marketing messages.

Email hello@aimarketerpro.com and we will respond within 30 days. We may ask you to confirm your identity first. You can also unsubscribe from any marketing email using the link at the bottom of it, or reply STOP to a text message.

If you live in California, you have rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know, delete, correct, and opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell or share personal information as those laws define it. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.

If you live in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you also have the right to object to processing, to restrict it, to data portability, and to complain to your local data protection authority. We process your data on the basis of your consent, our contract with you, or our legitimate interest in running and marketing the business.

11. Children

This site and our services are for businesses and adults. They are not for children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child sent us information, email us and we will delete it.

12. Links to other sites

Our pages link to other websites, including our booking calendar, WhatsApp, and social media. We do not control those sites, and this policy does not cover them. Read their own privacy policies.

13. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The new effective date at the top of the page tells you when it last changed. If the change is significant, we will make it clear on the site.
